Women’s hijab ‘friendly’ keep fit sessions will be held in our newly refurbished recreation hall which is a private space. This has internal changing rooms and high opaque windows permitting good lighting without a view into the hall. At the ladies session this will serve as a private space permitting women the opportunity and freedom to attend keep fit sessions without worrying about privacy.

We will be introducing different types of exercise sessions slowly over a period of time to meet the needs of the community. So please let us know what you want.

 First come first serve max numbers approx 15.

• Monday at 5.10 pm, for 5 weeks from 11th January 12 for £15 
 
OR

• Monday at 6.10 pm for 4 weeks from 16th Jan for £12.
 
After these short blocks allowing you to see what is happenning you will be invited to book for 8 week blocks. At a cost of £24 per 8 weeks.

Volunteers and helpers are required to help keep the hall clean and for preparation of mats.
